How much is shipping?
Shipping will be automatically calculated for you at checkout! We pass on whatever shipping saving costs directly to you. So you can pick whichever option is best for you.
How long will shipping take?
For domestic shipments, it will take about 5-7 business days (give us 1-2 business days to process your order and 3-5 business days for shipping). For international orders, it may take 14+ business days depending on customs in your country. We offer expedited shipping if you need your order sooner!
As a note for international orders, sometimes your order may be held in customs. If that happens, your order may take longer to get to you, and if there are any additional fees + import taxes, we are unable to compensate that cost.

Can I return my items?
Yes you can! Here's how we process returns:
- First fill out the contact form page within 14 business days of your purchase date
- Please include your full name and order number in the message box
- We'll email you back within 1-3 business days and work with you on your refund!
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, we can only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. Here's how we process exchanges:
- First email us at email@example.com within 14 business days of your purchase date
- Please include your full name, order number, and photos of the defective item
- We'll email you back within 1-3 business days and work with you on sending you a brand new item!
- Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to process international exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience
